The drinks cart is all decked out in forest finery and harvest-time motifs. These straws are perfect for sipping spiced cider, with their black-and-white striations. They wait in the steam from the tea samovar, like silver birch trees congregating in mist, wrapped in their papery bark with its cryptic inscriptions, with the foggy moisture in the air making sounds eerie and muffled, throwing voices and swallowing them, too.
