I used to have some fun with this game. I have always enjoyed sim games of different descriptions, and this one is no exception. I liked the fact that there were so few "threats" to this, no currency to speak of and no time limitations. Of course, without those things and with no goal to speak of, this got boring pretty quick as well. Looking back at it, I like the designs of the buildings and such, as well as the honking error noise. It makes me giggle.

As for the picture, well, I just thought it would be cute to draw the default man and his pet penguin. That's it.
