Some updates on things to come!

So Pixie fam….I was just thinking about what I was gonna do with Amy. I  knew I wanted to start focusing on a new family and have her retire, but I was tossing around lots of ideas and thinking about what direction I wanted to go in next. 

But before I could even make a decision on that I noticed Amy's oldest daughter Quinn looked pregnant!

Amy’s household is actually so big I have to split it in two & Quinn was in the household  that I didn’t play as much. She was going to age into a young adult in 5 days and I was actually shocked. I play with a lot of chance settings, but I actually forgot I had a teen pregnancy module installed. I was so focused on keeping such a large family with so many littles in order, and other families that I literally didn’t even notice??? She was 2nd trimester before I caught it!

Since then, Quinn has since had her baby, aged up and moved out on her own. But I'm super excited to share this journey with you guys soon and for Quinn to grow her own family and continue her mother’s legacy. So just as I was searching for what to focus on next, I guess I found an answer!

Round 16 - Broke

The pictures I posted earlier are from Plumbob Acres, a new test hood I've been working on in my down-time.

Meet Amos' roommate, Zachary Bargo! He's the soft-spoken twin brother of another of my sims (Lucille).

They're a bit of an odd pair.

Amos rolled the Loner, Grumpy and No Sense of Humor traits, which means he's not the best at interacting with people.

Despite this, the two of them seem to be getting along just fine. (They're best friends in my game!)

They live in a tiny little house on Main Street together.

I guess I’ll update...

Since they didn’t mention anything about chairs I’ll back up and batch fix them. And go replace every household for faster eating and bunkbeds.

What’s another hour of work disguised as gameplay amiright? 

In other news I’m more than halfway done recoloring all the game hairs and CC. I decided to also replace the red-orange, blonde and platinum for each hair....and I know this color update is going to ruin everything so I have to just stop.

Quinn's family update: So a lot changed since I had Bodhi! I moved out when he was 7 months old to be with someone I’d met while attending some online/hybrid university classes and we started living together. 

Then we got married after living together for about a year and 1/2. We share so many of the same values, passions and lifestyle choices. I've learned so much from being with him, and I'm so excited for our future together. He has adopted Bodhi as his own and loves being his dad so much.

Shortly after getting married, we decided leave our city apartment behind and turn the remote island abode that (my in-laws originally built!) into our own, as my partner continues his family legacy of conservation research. It took some adjustment but eventually we were able to acclimate and understand the importance of living in better harmony with the environment around you. I’ve been having many ocean adventures and discovering an entire new world in our new home. 

We also just decided to add a new addition to our family and I can't wait to start sharing the journey with you soon!

[Just checking in on you guys! It's been chaos (as usual) in my house with the twins and all the other kids. Didn't have much time for making content but here's what happens when you don't nurse for an afternoon lol. I have enough to exclusively nurse the twins AND some leftover to make Ryder a little bottle before bedtime so he sleeps through the night. He's been the hardest kiddo to wean so far, and he really struggled with the twins arrival. On the other hand his sister adjusted very well and is obsessed! The girls are in full dairy cow production.]
