Hey, remember the voice claim challenge? Well I FINALLY finished mine.
The reason it took me so long was cause I really took my time finding the most fitting matches for each of them. I had clear images in my head of what they sounded like but actually finding real people with those kind of voices (not to mention of ones that had footage of them speaking clearly!) was kind of a challenge. But I did it! Better late than never right?
Now since it’s been a while I can’t remember whether anyone tagged me or not but I do remember Daria @thedevilliers being excited to hear these so here you go. And if you did tag me thank you! Sorry it took so long.
So @wa-royal-tea said she tags everyone who hasn’t done this already so naturally I complied.
CHARACTER INSPIRATION // C H A L L E N G E
Rules: Write up a blurb or make a visual collage of the people or characters (from books, TV shows, movies, etc.) that inspired your OC, either visually, personality wise, or just a general vibe.
More info about my choices under the cut:
Victoria: Iron Lady, By-the-book Cop
• She’s meant to be the strong matriarch type. She rules with compassion but is stern and strict. She’s a bit of a perfectionist and wants things to be done a certain way. She’s no-nonsense and is highly educated in international politics, foreign relations, economics and public administration.
• For her Hogwarts house the choice was between Ravenclaw and Slytherin but ultimately, while she is smart, she necessarily doesn’t seek knowledge. That along her more ambitious nature makes her a Slytherin.
• Victoria’s tarot card is one about her desire to be a good Queen. She won’t let anyone underestimate her or her abilities.
Mary-Helene: Go-Getter Girl, Lady in a Powersuit
• Mary-Helene was always meant to be the beauty, the brawn and the brain. She’s ambitious, cunning and headstrong, and she has a great sense of justice.
• Her Hogwarts house was obvious; she’s a Slytherin through and through.
• Her tarot card plays into the same characteristics; her sense of justice and her want for justice to be served.
Henrik: The Wise Prince, Broken Ace
• I think Henrik’s tropes tell everything about him. He’s the kind, just and fair person who doesn’t want others to hurt or feel the same shame as he has. He’s the quiet insecure kid growing up to his full power.
• Since Henrik is both creative and intelligent his Hogwarts house is Ravenclaw.
• Henrik’s tarot card plays into his good people reading skills and high intuition; traits that along with his charisma allow him to inspire and guide people.
Philip: Academic Athlete, The Charmer
• Philip’s character was meant to be a duality and also show how people grow. He’s both sporty and incredibly smart but tends to focus more on the pleasures of life than studying. He’s the ever flirty party boy. Still what he grows into becoming is more stable and responsible.
• While Philip is highly intelligent since he doesn’t use his brain his Hogwarts house is Gryffindor. He’s a tad reckless but also very loyal and just.
• His tarot card is a good sum of his character; he wants to enjoy the best life while it’s happening cause he’s aware that life is ever changing.
Adelaide: Princess Classic, Spoiled Sweet, Girly Girl
• When creating Adelaide I always thought of Disney Princess’ so she’s essentially that. She’s kind, sweet and naïve and wants the best for everyone.
• Her Hogwarts house was an obvious one; she’s a true Hufflepuff.
• Her tarot card could’ve been The Fool too but I felt that The Star showed more her hopeful and motherly side.

Marissa: Okay then, are you sure you packed everything? You do have your passport with you right?
Adelaide: Yes I have everything. Gloria made sure.
Benjamin: Well it seems I need to give her a raise. You sure you’ll be fine travelling on your own sugar plum?
Adelaide: Yeah, though I’m hardly alone with Sven and Gloria by my side.
Benjamin: Hehe now that’s true.
Marissa: Oh darling I’m so proud of you. Do your best to have fun okay? And maybe try and learn the language.
Benjamin: And do be on your best behavior with your aunt okay?
Adelaide: I promise papa.
Marissa: I can’t believe you’re this big already. Oh I’m going to cry.
Adelaide: Oh please don’t Grandmaman. I’ll call you as many times as you want.
Marissa: I’ll hold you to that dear.
Marissa: Sigh, now when did they all grow so big.
Benjamin: I was thinking the same thing. At least we have the boys at the house still.
Marissa: For how long I wonder.
Benjamin: You done for the day?
Adelaide: Yes, I just finished rehearsing. Did you wanna talk dad?
Benjamin: Well my little sugar plum I have some news for you.
Adelaide: Oh?
Benjamin: So I talked with the board and made the arrangements. You got accepted into the Pierreland ballet program.
Adelaide: Wohoo!
Adelaide: Thank you thank you thank you! You’re the best dad ever!
Benjamin: You earned this yourself dear. I merely handled the phone calls.

This past week HRH Princess Adelaide has stunned in The Solna Royal Opera’s version of the classic holiday ballet, The Nutcracker. She and the other children training with the The Solna Dance Academy performed a shortened version of The Waltz of the Snowflakes. Today, on the 23rd of December, was their last performance of the season and the entire Royal Family was seen in the audience supporting the young HRH.

Teacher Natasha: “Wonderful girls. Keep your posture.”
Natasha: “Emma remember to point your toes, wonderful. Adelaide your form looks excellent, good job.”
Natasha: “And push push push. If you don’t feel it you’re not stretching enough. And done.”
Natasha: “Okay, excellent job today girls. As you know our performance in The Royal Opera’s The Nutcracker is closing in and I bet you are all very excited. You’ve all worked very hard this past year and I except to stay that way. This is no small production and they expect only the best as do I. We will start dress rehearsals in the next week so be on time. It’s crucial the first week so the costumers can see if something needs to be adjusted. Now that is all. Have a great weekend girls!”
Girls: “You too Ms. Natasha”
Benjamin: “Heya sunshine. How was rehearsal?”
Adelaide: “Great! Ms. Natasha complimented my form.”
Benjamin: “Seems your hard work pays off.”
Adelaide: “Mm-m! And and we start dress rehearsals next week!”
Benjamin: “Oh wow. You must be so exited. You need your new shoes for then?”
Adelaide: “Yes papa!”
