Vegan Labneh with Simit and a Zesty-Cumin Oil

RECIPE Labneh: -2 Cups (500g) soy yogurt or coconut yogurt -2 Tbsp lemon juice -a generous pinch of salt PUT in a thin kitchen towel placed on a strainer/REFRIGERATE for at least 6h

Spicy oil: -1 Tbsp each lemon zest, cumin -1/2 Tbsp Chili flakes, ground coriander -1/4 cup (60ml) hot oil STIR/SET aside

Simit: -3 1/4 cup (500g) flour -2 Tsp instant yeast -1 cup + 3 Tbsp (300ml) lukewarm water -1 Tbsp oil

Coating: -1/4 cup (85g) dare or pomegranate syrup -1/8 cup (30ml) water -1/2 Tbsp flour

Else: -1/2 cup (100g) sesame seeds

KNEAD the dough and let it rest 1h/MIX up the coating/DIVIDE the dough into 12pieces and roll them into strings/TWIST two strings and make a circle/DIP in coating, add sesame seeds and BAKE at 200Celsius/400Fahrenheit for 15-20mins
