This lot is for simperky, who requested a CC-free starter house. It’s a true starter - you won't have much money left over once you move in! It's also furnished pretty sparsely (no curtains, dresser, or stereo), but there is a TV, bookcase, and computer.

I did use a couple of items from Get to Work, but you won't be missing much if you don't have it. (I think the items you don't have just get replaced by base game objects.)
