Welcome to Bellacorde University, my newest gameplay venture! Bellacorde University is a prestigious college for occult royalty and nobility, and I'm looking for YOUR sims to join the class!
My Bellacorde University gameplay is also a chaos save, which is what I lovingly call gameplay saves where the goal is crazy shenanigans. Lots of autonomy, mods, and player-directed events—anything goes! There's no poses or structured story; the goal is simply to have as much fun as possible. All sims submitted will be introduced and then allowed to run wild!
Slots are first-come first-serve, and you can reserve a spot by replying to this post!

SUBMISSION RULES:
Sim MUST be an in-game occult, NOT human! However, you're free to designate them as a different type of occult we lack in-game (i.e. they're a demon, but in-game they are a spellcaster). I also have a few mods that add occult species to the game, and you're welcome to choose one of those instead! More on that below.
Your sim must be one of the following ranks: Royal, Noble, or Commoner. More on ranks below!
Your sim can be any gender or sexuality! This isn't a dating show per se, but I find it the most fun when romance is involved <3
Your sim must be a Young Adult. We're at university!
You can use any packs/kits/etc! I have them all. However, when the marketplace launches, I will NOT be purchasing from there, so I will lack all of those items.
CC is allowed! Maxis match preferred, mix allowed, but no alpha please.
Please don't include any sliders, defaults, or custom traits/aspirations. Presets are okay, as are any sliders or custom traits/etc. that I already have in my game. My (probably outdated) slider list can be found here.
Your sim should have at least 1 outfit per category. Maximum 3 per category!
Please include likes/dislikes and turn-ons/turn-offs. It makes the game more interesting!
Extra traits are encouraged! I have the "More Traits in CAS Mod", so your sim can have 5 base traits, and any and all bonus traits are allowed to flesh out your sim's character. Go crazy!
Feel free to give your sim skills! They're not required by any means, but you're welcome to add them if you want to!
RANKS:
Your sim must be either a royal, noble, or commoner. This is mostly for flavor, and I can add it in myself if you don't have the newest pack, but you should choose one of the ranks for your sim when you reserve a spot!
Royal sims must be the child of a monarch (level 10 in the nobility career). Since there can only be one monarch per world, please include the world you're choosing when reserving your spot! Your sim's parent(s) will stay in that world while your sim attends university in Ondarion. I can make your sim's parents if you want, but you're welcome to make them yourself and include them in your download—just keep the parents light CC (or no CC) especially since it's unlikely they'll show up in gameplay.
Noble sims must be the child of a noble (levels 1-9 in the nobility career). You can choose any level and any world! Like royal sims, your sim's parent(s) will stay in their home world while your sim is in Ondarion. Same rules apply for creating parents for your noble sim as royal sims.
Commoner sims must keep their "scholarship" to stay at Bellacorde University. This means they have to keep above a 3.5 GPA to stay enrolled! Otherwise, they're normal (occult) sims.
NOTE: Royal & noble sims should NOT be in the Noble career themselves; they're royalty/nobility by blood so it's their parent(s) who are in the career.
Royal & noble sims should be part of dynasties; this is optional for commoners! I can set this up for you if you don't have the pack.
RELEVANT MOD LIST:
I'll be using quite a few mods for this save (unless it gets too buggy and I'm forced to take some out) and some of them add occult interactions or even new occult species! I've also included the mods I use that heavily affect gameplay. Keep in mind that several of these mods are for adults only, so if you're not comfortable with them, this save might not be for you.

OTHER INFORMATION:
In-game, your sims will be attending Britechester via RVSN's "Long Distance Learning" mod. But we can pretend it's a different university :)
Sims will be living on the 64x64 lot in Bellacorde, separated into 4 separate 8-person households in a residential rental. I will be rotating to a different household at the end of every week/semester!
When I say these saves can get chaotic, I mean CHAOTIC. So if there's anything you're personally uncomfortable with your sims participating in, please DM me so we can discuss!
Please be okay with me editing your sim slightly to fit my style/save. If there’s anything you don’t want me touching, let me know!
If the slots don't get filled up, I'll probably just make the remaining sims myself, but I'd much rather play with your guys' sims so please send me someone if you can!! If you need an extension, just let me know.

So I've been wanting to make some historical cc paintings. Specifically with Sims of Colour because I need them for my own game! Now this is where you folks come in; I need sims to star in these paintings!
I could make them all myself but I feel like in order to get a wide variety of sims, opening it to the community is a good idea!
Requirements:
Any Age, Gender etc (feel free to make families!)
Can use EAxis townies if you like but let me know so I can cross them off my list!
I have the Expansion Packs up to Enchanted by Nature, All the Game Packs/Stuff Packs and the kits up until Secret Sanctuary/Casanova Cave
CC is obviously okay but keep it maxis match/maxis mix (no alpha hair)
Any time period is okay but preferably ones where they'd have been painted!
Must obviously be okay with me using the sim!

Alternatively, if you would prefer to send a photo of your sim then I can accept photos of sims that would work for paintings as long as they fit the above criteria! You can tag me in those too! As above, you must be okay with me using the photo for some free cc and possibly editing it minimally to fit the painting mesh!
So, my oldest son and grandkids are out of town for Christmas ( sad face) and we are expecting a lot of snow which means my poor husband will probably be plowing all weekend. My youngest is watching my eldest's house and if the weather comes in hard, he’ll be trapped. All of this means, Ill be home alone for Christmas...SOOOOO I was hoping someone might want a house, or a community lot built? No project too big or too small, just need to keep my mind busy.
All I really need to know is what packs you have/don't have (shortest list, I have them all) and if you want CC or not. The more information the better, but you can also just say “Surprise me!!”
