Lately my game has been wonkier than usual. I did the whole reset, went through all my CC - which is a LOT!!! - then finally realized it was probably a mod conflict. (Yes, it was!) So, I sorted that out and now I can actually play a semi-normal game. Well, what's normal for TS3.
So today, I decided to replace one of the city lots with Tedhi's new ice-skating rink. You can see it over on YouTube or on her page @franglishetchocolat. It is a totally awesome lot! No lie!
Then, next door, I placed a lot by icemunmun called Spring Bowl. It's another arcade, but it focuses on bowling. Believe or not, there are 3 lanes in there! (I'll take some pics next time I'm in-game). I did make a few changes to it - adding Sandy's ugly benches, changing the siding a bit and adding electrical boxes and drainpipes. Plus, I added a couple of trees.
This lot was a re-do by Jenba. Originally, it was in town, but I moved it to 22 Subalphine Circle. When she originally did it, I was broke and jobless and couldn't afford to buy the stuff pack she used to decorate it. But I saved the file and thought maybe it would work once I could afford to get stuff.
Well, I'm glad I saved it, because now it works fine. Anyway, this is how she decorated it. It's a bit hard to photograph, because it's a tight space. But she went crazy with that Movie pack.
And this is the sim who lives there - Liam O'Dourke. This was her make-over. I just used a custom skin on him and gave him a different hair.
And this is where he works - another Jenba lot. It's the new science center lot, across the street from the stadium.
