Mochi Green Tea Cake without dough | No oven, no mold | Green Tea Mochi Moon Cake

My 2021 mooncakes are flexible mooncakes or green tea mochi made from glutinous rice, no dough, no mold, no oven. However, the sticky rice cake smells delicious, pure and delicious. Grandma, and her children loved it, and were surprised by the green tea leaves that also created a very beautiful and delicious taste and color. Our green tea mochi is delicious and beautiful without matcha powder. As well as the cute purple sweet potato cake with flowers and butterflies.

240g Sticky rice

160g Tapioca Flour

1 cup steamed purple sweet potato powder

1 cup steamed yellow sweet potato paste (or green beans)

1 teaspoon cooking oil

4 Tablespoons coconut milk (condensed coconut milk)

(if coconut milk is not available, use 2 teaspoons cooking oil)

130g (1 cup back) finely ground sugar

1 cup green tea leaves

Roasted sesame, desiccated coconut (if any)
