"I do love a good dress! So tight and heavy that I can barely breathe and tailored in such a way that it restricts every possible movement. Bows and ribbons, of course-- they're mandatory. Bright colors, complex patterns, all sorts of... flowers and jewels and jingling bells that serve no other purpose than making me easy to spot from across the continent and alert everyone around me when I move-- not that I can move much, ideally I should only be able to smile and nod.

Jewellery-- gods, how I love it! The way an enemy can pull on my dangling earrings and tear my ear out is just beautiful. Rings that will restrict blood flow and make gauntlets impossible to wear, necklaces that can choke me to death, brooches that will stab me in the chest if I move too fast-- all of it is positively delightful.

High heels! The higher, the better. Who doesn't love the thrill of never knowing if you're going to slip and break an ankle while running?

And, of course, every manner of tight pants and laced corsets and puffy sleeves. I detest armor and practical clothing. Being able to move freely or being protected in battle just ruins my day."

“Brilliant observation, my dear, I do indeed.” He replied with a note of amusement to his tone, mostly because the demon seemed so bemused with the idea.

“It holds no luxuries but it’s a safe spot for someone like me, particularly from unwanted, human guests. Although, much less so now that you’ve done away with my territorial neighbours.” He pointed out, his expression growing a little more stern as he nodded his head towards her sword... and her in general. She carried the scent of the kikimore blood all over her.

“I do sincerely hope you’re here just for them,” he added then, regarding her keenly and though he remained completely calm, sat relaxed in his armchair, legs crossed and hands folded in his lap, there was a sharper edge in his dark eyes as he studied her. “And not to attempt to ransack this crypt I currently call home. Unfortunately, perhaps, I’m rather attached to my possessions.”

In the verse where she’s queen, Saskia rarely wears full armor while she’s in Vergen during times of peace. She doesn’t have a court tailor or anything of the sort either, simply wearing the same clothes as everyone else. Her outfits usually look like these:

For anything more formal, her first choice is ceremonial armor and might be persuaded into wearing a dress, but it’d take a lot of patience and perseverance to talk her into it:
