Corrupted photos in game

So question, today I noticed that a few photos i took from the wedding and honeymoon (in game using tripod and camera) are corrupted, they're completely black

Those were photos i was keeping in my sim's inventory (same sim that took the photos)

Should I move my legacy to a new save? I'm worried the whole thing will get corrupted

her vampires eyes reverted to non-occult ones, the skin details were gone. i tried giving her eyes back and it still does this. im pissed. im closing this game.

Сиерра переоделась в вора. Я не могу войти в режим строительства, сохраниться или уйти с участка, потому что на нём "воры". Видимо, быть военной ей наскучило, и она решила сменить род деятельности. Теперь она сидит на унитазе в костюме вора.

У кого-нибудь было подобное? Я не нашла в интернете инфу. Пришлось выходить из игры. Я хз смеяться мне или плакать.

UPD: Это случается КАЖДЫЙ РАЗ, когда наступает первый день зимы.

the roommate system is still broken years later.

one fam posted an ad for one and had one bed. no reaction to the add, other than an option to ask a rando on the street to become a roommate. after they agreed, the slot autoclosed.

but now no other things under "activity" will show up, and only "add as roommate" does - for another family!

I swear they invented the whole tennant thing only to avoid fixing this old broken mess.

Agnes is angry, and so am I!

I will need a break from The Sims, and here is why.

It has been a rather slow spring for me sims-wise, some small projects here and there and updates for my story is not much to brag about. I was hoping to do some more recolors, and maybe learn new things (👀 but Blender...), I miss building and generally I had plans, as soon as these busy months were over.

Then something happened in my game after the May patch. Without warning I had the auto-aging bug, and at first I couldn't believe it, because it was supposed to be fixed last year. And since I couldn't see anyone else reporting it, I realized that it might be only in my game. Hence, probably CC related.

All my saves are now corrupted. 😫I don't mind so much for some of them, but for my Early Civilization game save it's catastrophic, and even with all my backups I was not able to restore a working save. Or, more likely, even if I install a backup save, the problem will continue to reoccur, since it's caused by a mod or CC still in my mod folder.

So, I will now have to do the 50/50 method to find what is causing this, and when that is taken care of I still don't know if it will be reversed, so I might have to manually edit my 160 sims in the save with MCCC. It will be a lot of work.

I still have a lot going on in my personal life (happy things, but they keep me busy), and I don't have much time for simming. Also I must admit this bug/problem is leaving me totally demotivated to open the game, and I've started to question if I can live my life perfectly well without The Sims.

Maybe I will find the time and motivation again, but it will not be this week, and probably not the next or the one after that. I'm feeling just like Agnes, you see, angry with EA and their updates not working, bad patches, bad cc, bugs and the whole flicking thing that steals my energy and sucks all the fun out of it.

No matter what you do, or where you are, I'm wishing you a wonderful summer - with or without The Sims!

Yeah so...

So I was extremely bored of Sims 4 especially due to the MWS drama and bugs so I thought it was a good time to hop back into Sims 2 since I own the ultimate collection. All was fine, everything works, got a few patches and fixes for the resolution, heck even got Cas CC and Bb and all appears as it should... Well except for this monstrosity on the above screenie. This is Shiro, a dog? Wolf? One of the two? Its the third neighborhood I created that this happens, I haven't seen any stray dogs to know if it happens to all or just wolves but it freaks me out beyond imagination. I have no CC for pets or anything like it I don't think, does anyone know why this is happening?

I know there may not be many people left playing sims 2 but please for the sake of my sanity if you've seen anything like this please point me in the right direction to fixing it, I have nightmares every time this beast appears in my game 🤣
