Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority House | Build Download

Welcome to the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority House, a newly built residence designed to support the academic, social, and daily lives of its exclusive members.

This three-storey property accommodates up to eight Sims and features a cohesive pastel interior palette throughout. The ground floor includes a large communal lounge intended for movie nights and group gatherings, along with a full kitchen and dining area designed to seat the entire household. A peer pong table and bar provide dedicated space for social events and mid-week campus parties.

The second level contains bedrooms, along with shared seating areas for studying or casual downtime. The upper floor includes additional bedrooms and a private gym equipped for regular training sessions.

At the rear of the property, a pool and informal court area create an outdoor space suited to both relaxation and activity, reflecting the daily life of a busy sorority.

FOXBURY TOWERS

Those two towers are the place that hosts hundreds of students every term. They look over the campus and people passing by think they are really similar but when you walk around both of them you’ll see, from which one of them students want to move out as soon as possible.

Briny and Tidal Towers are great starter housing for incoming Freshmen. With a new friend in each room and an overlooking view of the whole campus it is one of the best introductions to university life a student could ask for. Include:
