Does Lynn's family know about her relationship? Am i wrong or Mel was a little embarassed about being in the same room with Lynn's family in the last chapter?

I don’t think it was embarrassment more like umm... powerless.

You want to help person you love - but you can’t. You want to stay with them - but you can’t because “it’s her family time now and it would be awkward if I would stay here cuz I’m “just” a doctor”.

I was rereading chapter 23 and i was wondering, isn't touching herself too doungerous for lynn? I mean, in one chapter she was tired for chores. What she can do or not do with her heart condition? Is it random and it depends on how lucky she is?

It’s like Russian Roulette. One time it’s ok. One time her heart will say “no-no, stop it”. 

Lynn was ummm practicing :D with herself. She wanted to check, if she will be able to handle the sex in the future. It was dangerous for sure (cuz of her heart) but she had to try it.
