I created this track (along with 3 other variations exploring a similar theme) in 2005 for a series of performances and installations, the most recent being at the Fort Process Festival in Newhaven, UK and at the Day of the Dead performance at Experimental Electronics. It needs to be heard on a system that can handle sub-bass. The sine-wave tones ascending and descending create a call and response backdrop for live musical explorations that are layered to create live tonal variations.
