Is this what is welcoming your child home after a long day at school. 20 questions from the parent that is all mouth and no heart. How was your day at school? What happened with that test? What about that project you have? Do you have homework? When are you going to get that done? Oh yeah. So glad you are home and BTW I love you. How you you liked to be welcomed home like that after a day at work. Wouldn’t that aggravate you? Not want to talk to anyone. Want to go lock yourself in your room?. To have to answer a million questions about your day. Do you have to do some work from home tonight? What do you want to do when you get home from work besides drink until you can’t see.
