Personally? I was planning to mass produce it and then flood the streets of a large city with a giant gas cloud of it, probably accessed via the water supply or something~
I can have a whole giant bomb, a hero can show up to try and stop it from going off, I’ll give a whole big monologue about my evil plan; all the important things for any good evil scheme~
But to be safe I’ll just have a second back up bomb elsewhere the hero won’t know about until it’s too late~ The whole city will be engulfed in a lust induced frenzy, and completely subjugated to my will<33
