Aughh my heart keeps stopping. Idk why 😭
It stopped while I was asleep last night, but luckily it was able to start back up by itself!
It's really scary when it happens while I'm awake, because you suddenly get VERY dizzy and can't breathe at all. And then like 5 seconds later you're fine lol!
Ah I'm not sure what the doctors will want to do. My next appointment with my cardiologist is at the end of June!
but I will be seeing another cardiologist next week. She's supposed to know a lot about POTS. Maybe she'll know about the sinus arrest too. Idk
