Here come the mouth watering Oven baked crispy wings...I STOP deep frying for quite some time now, because it's no good for health❤️ Here is a recipe for crispy wing that does not require deep fry n still get the same result. Crispy Baked Wings 1 Kg Wings 1 tsp Smoked paprika 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Chinese 5 Spices 1 tsp black pepper 2 tsp baking powder/corn flour/potato flour Glazed 2 tbsp. honey 2 tsp #Sirarcha chilli sauce 1/2 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp Rice vinegar/white vinegar Sesame seed (Optional) Make your own five spice- 2 whole star anise 2 teaspoons Szechuan peppercorns (or generic peppercorns) 1 teaspoon cloves 1 teaspoon fennel 1 teaspoon coriander seed (optional) 1 cassia or cinnamon stick, broken into a few piece . Wash & dry wings, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and sprinkle over wings. Bake in top level 425 degree F for 20 mins. Remove wings and turn and back to oven for another 20 mins. Mix the glazed and slightly bake the sesame seed.
