My local relatives told me that someone wanted to build a rest house in front of #BlancaAuroraFalls and claim the area as their own. However, during construction, workers would always get sick or encounter all sorts of bad luck. It was believed to be the work of engkantos protesting the greedy nature of the project. For fear of further misfortunes, the project was ultimately abandoned, leaving behind an unfinished structure where one can take photos of the falls in a semi-aerial view.
