I post this so you can see how I have totally transformed the shape of my arms as a case study. It took some trial and error what compounds provided the most natural look and I definitely made some mistakes but the results now are amazing. So if you look at more recent photos it’s not just the size of my arms that increased. It’s more importantly the shape. I refuse to allow my genetics to define me.
