Things noone had told me about ADD when I got diagnosed so I learned about them years later in social media:

Overstimulation: Literally everyone always told me that I was just being “cranky”, even the doctors

Understimulation: When you are “not paying enough attention” and could do “so much more” but currently the leaves outside are more interesting than the bullshit the teacher is talking about 

Bad Stimulation: when something feels even worse than it looks and you have to rub something nice to get rid of the feeling, official tagline” It’s like taste, but worse and also on your hands for some reason
