Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of cheese. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomatoes. Sliced onions. Ketchup and mustard.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to high heat. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form 4 equal-sized burger patties. Place the burger patties on the hot grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare or longer for your desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheese on each patty and toast the burger buns on the grill until they're lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce, tomato, and onion slices on the bottom bun. Add the cooked patty with melted cheese on top. Spread ketchup and mustard on the top bun, then place it on the patty. Serve immediately and enjoy!
