Okay so. We all know about how horse legs are horrifyingly vulnerable, and obviously human feet are a travesty

which animal has the BEST feet? which animal can pull a double retail shift on a flat unpadded concrete floor?

With approximately 0 knowledge, I have decided that the Pygmy Hippopotamus has very ergonomic-looking foot bones

I bet these guys don’t even know what arch pain *is*.

Brain - Skeletal Study

This was done for @sad-harlow, who asked for an example of what Brain in skeletal form might look like. This was a challenge, but an interesting one. I do apologize in that skeletons are not my forte, so there are definitely errors here, but I hope that this helps you a little in getting an idea for what lurks underneath all that fur.

Three examples here are given:

I drew the top image first, then added the skeleton. Because the skull on the full body was drawn taking my style into account, I added the skull on the right to show a more accurate representation of what canon Brain’s head might look like, with the enlarged skull and more rounded eye cavities, and even that’s not entirely accurate. What I should have done was take a screen shot of either original or reboot Brain and done a skeleton over that, but I was stupid and didn’t. Heh. If you’d like a redo, let me know.

Images of real mouse skeletons and skulls were referenced, as was this image from the opening titles for Pinky and the Brain:

I would highly recommend looking up skeletal references of mice yourself so as to get a better idea of what he’d look like. Since Brain is a cartoon, liberties can, of course, be taken, but it’s still good to have an understanding of the foundations.

Fallen AU. All of the Blight kids joints are made super weird so their limbs can move in ways limbs should not move & when they roll out of bed in the morning it sounds like a bunch of fire crackers going off with how many joints they pop back into place. If someone pulls to hard on one of their arms it the should or arm bones pop out but like it doesn't hurt. This allows them to doe complete 360s with their limbs & be generally terrifying. Their bodies are just weird. -Punk Anon

Luz was the first to witness this when Amity yote her entire shoulder against rock and when she stood up it was crooked and completely hanging out of its socket. She was freaking out but Amity just went “tis but a scratch” and popped that shoulder right back into place like it was nothing. Luz was thoroughly disturbed and Amity was confused.

The twins constantly panic everyone by jumping off high places and slamming into objects and twisting every limb and looking like a jumbled mess. Once Em decided to see if she could twist Ed into a pretzel while he was asleep but he woke up halfway through. This also means all 3 of them are very flexible and Eda has dared them to see how far they can twist their heads around. 

Regular witches are already fairly flexible w weird bones, but even the Blight trio kick it up a notch. This also means Amity is quite fascinated by Luz’s bones n will just start messing with her fingers when bored n Luz is trying to hard not to go starry-eyed at how curious Amity is. also bi panic but shhhhhh
