Ingredients: 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 onion, diced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 red bell pepper, sliced. 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon dried basil. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved. Salt and black pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish.
