quick skin tip
hydration is key to skin cell recovery. properly hydrated skin will help acne heal faster, leading to clearer skin, faster.
What have I done?
19/01/20
So a few days ago I used a peeling on my legs that I did myself, i watched a video and the ingredients were
Honey 🍯
Sugar (There is really no sugar emoji)
Coconut oil 🥥
Lemon juice 🍋
Then I epilated my legs and i was really happy with the result, my legs were so so soft. But now, 2 days later I get little white pimples and some red bumps on my legs and I don’t know where they are coming from, is it because of the peeling scrub or because I epilated them and now they are irritated? I also use zinc cream to help with the wounds, maybe it was because of that? I honestly have no idea but my legs are hurting because of the bumps.
Anyways I’ll keep you updated 🔥

Night creams can be helpful because your skin naturally repairs itself while you sleep. That's when the metabolic activity of the skin's cells is at its peak, so using a night cream with beneficial ingredients can enhance the skin's natural repair process during the night shift.
Tip 2:
Don’t pop zits!
I know everyone hears this all the freaking time, but I’m serious. Zits contain a multitude of bacteria in those little pus filled pockets that can only make a situation worse. Plus, who wants a big scab on their face for the next week??? Naw, that little satisfaction from finally popping that stubborn pimple doesn’t outweigh scar and acne free skin.
Peace! ✌️️
just a lil tip: pls don't pick at ur pretty lil face! it will give u scars and trust me, they are very hard to get rid of ://
