So yep, that’s why I’ve been avoiding Instagram and all the lovely food since Sunday night! Just completed a 90 hour fast which included two workouts and a walk, some great sleep, proper detoxing of my skin and my liver and some awesome blood ketone readings. I broke my fast with a piece of black pudding, slice of bacon and some scrambled egg. Tummy having a big rumble about that right now! The last hour I felt hungry but other than that it wasn’t real hunger, just sneaky hunger cues from habit and routine.
