Question:

Why is EVERY weird monster or "thing pretending to be human" a skinwalker now?

Skinwalkers are Diné (Navajo.)

You prob won't find one in Michigan. 29 Palms, ok. But "thing pretending to be from your camp" and "7ft wolf-man" are not necessarily skinwalkers.

Since the anomalies in animal hospital are sometimes referred to as skinwalkers, some of the anomalies could just be animals with bad intentions (since skinwalkers are described as evil human witches who deliberately shapeshift into animals, and there are no humans in this world). Either that or the anomalies are actually wendigos and not skinwalkers, since they're easy to mix up

how do dogs think? like do they recognize human language and think in that way or do they think in the way they speak to us. Roommate might be a skinwalker but she pays half the rent, and we actually get along well so I'm just indifferent. If I ever become unfortunate enough to find confirmation I think I'll just ignore it because at this point, we should have a mutual understanding to not snitch or steal each other's skin.
