This is what I'd call Gaelic English lyricism in case anyone was wondering.

This song follows in the footsteps of novels like "Invisible Islands" and "The Stornoway Way", showing that a Gaelic experience can be comfortably expressed through the medium of English without necessarily becoming pan-Scottish. These songs, novels and poems find themselves flirting with the stereotypical from within, both embracing and dismissing it at the same time, and the language dances on the shorelines of English and Gaelic, rather than positioning itself as vehemently one thing, rather than the other.
