skizz & his history of transphobia
Look, I don't have a lot I can add here. But I feel like this is something that has been ignored by and/or not known about by a lot of the fandom. (I just learnt about it recently myself!) I'm not a huge presence on tumblr/social media in general, let alone in the life series space, but I wanted to post it regardless to at least reach some people. Skizz has a history of supporting transphobic sources. To a quite alarming degree. This, alongside him publicly stating that he finds saying trans rights "too provocative," I really don't think there's any excuse to be supporting him anymore. As to if all the hermits &/or life series members know about this transphobia, I don't know know. There's some evidence of Jevin possibly knowing, and Xisuma has a history of centrism. I don't think the solution here is harassing people about it, but the situation defiantly needs to be talked about enough to the point the hermit & life series members can no longer ignore it (or not know about it) and leave it unaddressed.
And more people need to be informed, in general. It's...really disheartening to still see people discussing Skizz in such a positive light while knowing about this.
