Author's comment:

"The purple mind reader, Skoatia, is back. This time with a new companion, Millicent. Also, don't question what's on the knife, nothing happened i swear!"

Note: Millicent is from the Star Wars fanon, she's basically Hux's cat. In Lunarian Missions: Imbalance of Power, this was changed to Hux and First Order's cat. If you're wondering why Skoatia has involvement with Star Wars, it has to do with certain lore.
