The duo of books I am currently into right now!
I will admit, having ADHD makes being someone interested in reading and writing difficult since I have trouble making myself pay attention but when it's something I am passionate about I can devour books.
Anyway, these two have been treating me nicely. So here's a little bit about them and some choice quotes.

The first, Skogluft by Jørn Viumdal, is a great book for learning ways to be mindful of nature and finding ways of keeping yourself surrounded by it as a means of grounding and self-realization. It has many indoor planting tips as well. While the advice is grounded in Norwegian methods, he also mentions methods from other countries for keeping yourself connected to nature in our very nature-indifferent modern world.
"We have moved far from our original ancestral home in the forest and feel truly well only when we encounter surroundings that offer exactly the elements our bodies instinctively need. We need to smell the presence of nature and see the right kind of light around us. Not simply once a week, but all day, all the time--and especially when we are indoors." - JØRN VIUMDAL

The Lore of Old Elfland by Linda Raedisch is a really awesome resource and has a lot of wonderful perspectives on Elves, Fae, and their impact in culture and history. The word 'Elfland' here refers to the realm of Faerie which Tolkien has referenced as well. This book speaks of our connections to the Elves and Fae and their realm of Elfland and the places where the walls merge. She has included recipes and craft that either deal with the Fae and Elven or historically relate to them somehow.
"Nowadays, a quick swipe of the epithelial cells on the inside of your cheek can tell you how much Neanderthal DNA you might have, but there is as yet no test for elven blood. [...] You may never know your exact percentage of elven DNA, but trust me, it's there." -- LINDA RAEDISCH
