Bitty Blast Bakeathon Day 4: Tiramisu Truffles! These part standard truffles, part cake truffles came out great, with the added bonus of only requiring half the tiramisu, which lead to a tasty family dessert. These were originally going to be just standard chocolate truffles, but my little sister texting me at 3am asking if I would make her tiramisu. Given that she lives nearly 400 miles away, I figured these might shop better.

Now for the real excitement— the update!

Yea booyyyyy (somewhere in here I added sugar and cream of tartar 👍).

NOW we add a third of a mixture to the egg cheese stuff which definitely was always in this bigger bowl for sure, and whisk.

Ooooh it's fluffy.

Next we just fold in another third, and then carefully fold in the final third.

Gorgeous. Also HOW THE FUCK was this bigger bowl almost too small also? Incredible.

Absolutely terrified. It's time to put this bitch in the oven.

Will the water leak into the pan? Will there be some other unforeseen mishap? I dunno and it's none of my business.
