HEY LOOK, new skill! This tiny roll is the first “new” new thing I’ve learned in a while, and boy, it’s a nice little benchmark. While I’ve not been posting a ton of pics, I’ve been working with @austin_tartine on a ton of stuff, relearning a lot of the level 2 skills, and trying to regain some of the confidence I lost during the summer of sad. The better and better I feel, the more my body feels like my active partner versus the vessel that’s just mindlessly carrying me through this world. I am a work in progress, and that’s ok.
