SMG4 ended yesterday. And wow did the feels hit me. I quite literally started crying once I saw the final video.
I got into SMG4 about 3+ years ago, right before the Lawsuit Arc and before Murder Drones came out. Me and my little bro were looking for something to watch when we stumbled upon a Mario reacting to memes video. We got hooked and watched more. The characters, the storyline, the humor, all of it was amazing. It became a huge source of comfort for me and my little brother.
My favorite character when we started was SMG3, and he still is one of my favorites aside from now Mr. Puzzles, Mr. WPNZ, Toomp and a few others. A lot of arcs were great, but my favorite will still be The Lawsuit Arc because it was the first one I ever experienced, and it holds a lot of nostalgia for me.
Knowing that the channel is over hurts, but the memories, the story, the fanbase…. all of it comforted me through these past three years, where I’ve had significant obstacles to deal with.
So thank you, SMG4 and crew. Can’t wait to see how the future goes.
