To all my fellow selfshippers out there: your F/O(s) love you!! they want to show you how much they love you the same way you show them!! you guys are great together!! eat loads of chocolate together (and if you don’t eat chocolate eat like your favorite snack you guys deserve it <3)
Some sprite sketches of the female love interests for the eah visual novel idea! These are just sketches meant to get their poses, proportions, and faces down, as well as a base so I can sketch out all their different expressions on (which I have done for Raven but not the other two yet). Aka the details are not ironed out whatsoever lol
More eah vn ramblings under the cut!
Random doodle idea,, but I love em
You know I keep seeing posts about how women in media should be either portrayed as hyperfeminine or tomboyish because of how viewers are going to take the message and can I just say.
You can have two women. You can have the pretty girl that kicks ass AND the tomboy with the typically masculine hobbies.
Different girls in society have different expectations. Some women think that the only way to get ahead is to be masculine, so the typically feminine woman who is cute and can still beat your ass is for them.
Other women are told they HAVE to be hyper-feminine to be a “real woman,” so the tomboyish girl is for them.
Just have two women. We don’t have to pit two bad bitches against each other. They can even kiss.
God, god, is Sky’s full first name supposed to be Skylar and not Schuyler?
Greg Aronowitz, I love you, you cannot wait until 20 years after the thing to clarify the spelling.
I would like to thank the devs of “of the Devil” for making this game. Holy hell the messaging is amazing. The writing is quick-witted and hilarious. The character design goes hard and works well. The aesthetic of in-game itself?? They knew exactly how to execute what they wanted to.
Please play this game it’s so good.
first reread of throne of glass and this has me emotional. like. nehemia saw the mark on celaena's head and knew what it meant, and she chose to give "nameless" a name. a name to give her strength for what was to come. when she says "when other names grow too heavy," she's referring to both the weight that comes with her true identity as aelin and the weight of her future sacrifice to forge the lock. yet another moment from this book that hits so much harder with the context of the full series.
