as someone whos been working for three years and in school the whole time, its hard. its hard af man. but nothin beats gettin that paycheck and spending it on w/e u want or seeing yourself save 1000 dollars in a few months. it feels great, but it is a TON of work. making friends w/ your coworkers is a good way of making it easier. you can do it, you can do anything! its hard but itll get easier. good luck!

Thank you very much for the advice. <3 I don’t currently have any job opportunities on the horizon - school is not being nice to me, looking right now may be a bad idea - but I’ll keep all that in mind when it finally comes to that. (Heck, I wonder if there’s any local opportunities for what amounts to monkey work... I’m physically fine, I’m keeping up with housework and cooking and grocery trips and such, but actual thought, conversations that last more than a few minutes without me shutting down, that’s effort. My brain is fried. But if it was just data entry or shelving stuff or something...)

I’ll be fine... I’ll be fine. Eventually getting to work is why I’m in school in the first place... thank you for the encouragement and advice.
