My sleeping schedule is out of control and I have no idea how to fix it. Today I woke up at 1 pm. I usually go to bed at 2 am and just wake up whenever. I think it's because in summer I don't have any solid events that happen every day (during the school year I wake up at 6:30 and go to bed around 11 every day.) How do I get back on track?

I total understand where you’re coming from. One summer I slept all day and was up all night because my sleep schedule got off and so everyone called me the Vampire. But I fixed my sleep schedule eventually and this is how I did it:
I used alarms. I forced myself to wake up for whenever I set my alarm (which was usually 10 am) and I would force myself to lay in bed and try to sleep at a decent time (which was usually 1 am). I did this all summer and it kept me and my sleeping schedule on track. Its hard for a week, but then your body gets used to it.
