A sigil I found off pinterest 'I am stronger than my depression'. Just doing this along with making some sleepy time tea with the intent to ease my mind helped so much. I've been hesitant to begin actually practicing due to family's aversion to it but it so far all it does is help. Knowing that just drawing some lines on my arm can help ease the numbing nothingness... is wonderful.

Does this look like a #cheerleader 📣 yearbook pic, or what? 😂 I think it’s the position of my head or something? Haha! . So yesterday I didn’t make it to work. Sorry, boys. Three hrs of sleep the night before will def do that to you. Melatonin gives me a hangover & makes me gain weight so I threw all of it out.
