So this is how I learn that Incidents Around the House has spurred the movie Other Mommy... guess I got some reading to do!

Steel yourself. The movie appears to have an entirely different energy behind it. Not better or worse, just different. If I had to place the book's overall atmosphere + feeling, I would say it leans more in the ambient direction of Skinamarink.

...Nothing to say of the massive difference in Other Mommy's appearance.

You have such a knack for nailing characters voices/vocal inflections in your dialogue <3

no stop because i try so hard on this when writing cos it's literally one of the most important things to me ooooouggggghhhhhh. there's nothing worse than reading a fic where the dialogue just doesn't sound like something a character would say / how they would say it so i am always over here tryin extra hard with that.
