I got some of this packing material in a chewy box and realized it's perfect to make a foraging toy out of- I just peeled off the top layer and threw a couple of temptations in because I knew he'd go wild for those. He did eventually figure out he could flip it to get the rest of the treats out so if i do use something like this I'd probably weight it or secure it to something. Somehow

anyone else’s dog suddenly decide they hate their slow feed bowl?

oakley hasn’t really been eating much, which at first i was super worried about. then i thought it was his new food?? it happened about the time we switched, and he’d kind of leave it but i’d leave the bowl in his crate and usually he’d eat it eventually. he’s been eating from the same bowl for a good few months now, & his problems with it are pretty recent. my mom suggested trying a regular bowl, and lo and behold he eats every last bite (just like the oakley i know and love).

is this normal? is it a teen thing? bc like i said he used to not mind the slow feeder. i’m just worried about problems bc he eats way too fast /:
