When you’ve worked long enough for your former students to be grown. Just had a conversation about how some students can look totally different as teens. I had a middle school student ask me for directions at school and I didn’t even realize it was a former student I had for 2 years. 😬 “Is that you Johnny?” I looked the same in elementary school and high school.
