Best parts of Sun&Moon episodes 45 and 46 (caught up again so that I can watch this week’s one asap, red eyes Lycanroc is looking heat): - The slight Litten and Lycanroc rivalry, hope that goes somewhere. - Kojiro thinking Cosmog is a Koffing pre-evolution (HE REMEMBERS THE GOAT) and the TR keeping that up even in the following ep, I really hope they continue that till they actually see it evolve, I imagine them being all NOOO IT WON’T BE RARE ANYMORE (though Kojiro becomes happy when he realizes he’s about to see a Koffing again) and then being like “...huh?” when they see Cosmoem (which they will then think of as a bigger baby Koffing, rinse and repeat).

- Maamane trying to pass this off as a sculpture of Charjabug and getting promptly rejected. - Lilie’s “funny face” apparently being too horrifying for television

I assume we’ll never get to see it, alas. - Mimikyu VS Pikachu standoff, the ending of which was apparently a Miyamoto Musashi VS Sasaki Kojiro (look em up) reference, hilarious. - HOSHIGUMO TELEPORTING TEAM ROCKET TO BEWEAR - Satoshi actually being mad at Saoboh for tossing Rowlet,

if I was the writer I would’ve made it all dramatic, shaded serious face, saying you’ll pay for that etc etc but uh yea that’s probably doing too much lool this is fine - ICE QUEEN LILIE

HIS FRIENDS DON’T EVEN CARE, HE’S GONE Also Lilie’s diary segment seems to have replaced Ishizuka’s narration for the time being, which to my knowledge has never once happened before, so cool points for that. Love hearing her theme in the anime, though I hope they adapt the first version (as in the first one you hear in the games, the one the anime has used so far is based on her third aka last theme.) as well since that one specifically is one of my all time favourite Pokemon soundtracks.
