Honestly, Suiren has such troublesome twin sisters. It's a good thing she does have that switch that turns her extra mad, she'll be able to handle them fine when she flips.

I honestly appreciate SM094 so much nowdays, esp. when I know more about past horror-episodes Pokeani has had in its time. Mumagi's skill is so perfect. And this was a fun focus episode of Suiren and her relationship with her sisters. Ho, Sui, care more for your safety. Geez.

I'll watch one more :D Oh Hikers....

An incident has occurred at Wela Volcano! The Ultra Guardians immediately head to the scene. There, they’re met by mysterious Hikers and an Alolan Golonya. Just what is going on at Wela Volcano?! Summary: The Ultra Guardians have been summoned by Lusamine. It appears a strange phenomenon is taking place at Wela Volcano that’s negatively influencing their work. Satoshi and the others immediately head out to investigate. When they arrive, they find a group of distressed Alolan Ishitsubute and Golone taking food from humans. Is this related to the strange phenomenon in some way? And then three mysterious Hikers show up as well… Will the Ultra Guardians be able to solve this mystery?! Y’know, I get weirded out when I see some people complaining about why Ultra Guardians went to Wela Volcano in today’s episode, to stop a Pokemon ruckus?

... Maaaybe if one doesn’t understand japanese they shouldn’t judge the plot that quickly. I mean like, wait for the subtitles to fully understand the context.  Sure, if you found it boring then ok, I can accept that, but like, please. Idk I’m amused and confused at the same time. Thou even the first summaries explained that the electomagnenic phenomenom that was happening in Wela Volcano was causing problems with the Ultra Aura detector, meaning if an Ultra Beast were to appear, they wouldn’t be able to tell! Which makes this episode’s plot very much the job of the Ultra Guardians! If the detector doesn’t work, Ultra Guardians can’t protect Alola from Ultra Beasts, and send them back home.

And as I’ve been reading on to understand what was the problem with Geodude and others, apparently the miners were disrupting their home and thus Geodude line were driven away from there. That’s why Golem was attacking the Miners and the UG trio of Satoshi, Kaki and Mamane. It was angry at them for disrupting their home. I’m not entirely sure on what exactly caused the electromagnetic phenomenom, was it the Geodude and Graveler eating Spark Stone outside the Wela Volcano, or something else. Hmm. I will need subtitles for that to understand it better.

I know people don’t read summaries for future episodes always so they don’t get spoiled on them, but even then, actually understand the episode before judging it XD There’s been plenty episodes I myself started liking after seeing the translations...

Anyway I felt the need to have a say, after learning bits of what actually happened in the episode, it was a decent plot. And honestly, it makes it refreshing that UGs aren’t used just for Ultra Beasts. I’m quite happy at Pokeani writers choosing to have an episode focusing on another crisis outside of Ultra Beasts, that is however related to their mission in a way or another. Still waiting for subtitles, but that’s what I wanted to say right now. Not the best episode no, but def not on the worst side either.

So today’s episode was actually fun! I didn’t know what exactly to expect, but Hikers came through, and Kaki’s personality shined so well lol. The battle between Golem and Metang, asjfhgsjhfgs. Comedy gold.

Girls were mostly absent so this kinda was focusing on the boys. Garagara being all happy at being at Wela Volcano (it is its home!) and just... I enjoyed it! Is Spark Stone a real thing btw? It seemed to be the item that caused some problems in today’s episode. They were mining lots of them, and the Geodude evolution line were eating them. I think it was to keep themselves magnetic? Idk, I’ll need subtitles to fully understand this episode. Totally looking forward to it ^^

Next week thou, Sauboh is onto Rocket Gang’s scheme ohmygodd TY POKEANI I WAS HOPING TO SEE THIS HAPPEN ajhfgsjhfgjhsgfh.
