Another delivery made, another family happy. It was all in a day's work for the toymaker brothers. Even if this delivery had been a bit further than what was convenient, it was all worth it in the end, especially since this out-of-the-way town had not a single toymaker to speak of. As they trudged back through the snow, fresh flakes began to fall, adding to the already-deep snow. With how short the brothers were—barely over two feet tall—it was even more difficult with the stuff coming all the way up to their chests. "I sure hope we can get home before dark," Oswald said, following the trail they had made through the snow on the way here.

I love the way you draw eyes, they always look so pretty.

I try my best to flourish when it comes to eyes. They can describe a lot about a character, and it’s often said that ‘eyes are the gateway to one’s soul.’

To me, they’re the most important thing about a person. It’s the reason I don’t like steering close to people with sunglasses on. It’s hard to judge someone if you can’t see their eyes!

Xtra facts!

Kaiser’s (white hair) real name is ki-woo han. At this point of the story, he’s at Korea for a high profile gathering (his family is influential). And his little sister is kira (real name kyu-ri han), who probably loves Sam more than she loves her own bro!

As the name of the story suggests, Sam Carter (grey hair) is born with abnormally small ears. So he’s constantly covering his ears up out of insecurity. At phase two of the story, both kai and kira have seen (and grown use to) seeing his ears.
