I have black hair, past shoulder length. I'm Korean, so a little darker skin. I'm quite small up top, chest, back, shoulders, but from the waist I have a large bum and thighs. Very pear shaped. I'm 5'4. Any recommendations ?

you should wear strapless that are straight at the top (not sweet heart) in order to create some width on your upper body. Mermaid dresses would be okay too. wear something that is tight at the top and flows after so that your bum and thighs wont be noticed. here are some ideas
