So like...

I still have more Caine x reader fic ideas that I have saved in my notes but...

Most of them are sorta suggestive, so be warned. I also might not put a cut or a 'read more' thing to some of these posts. Mostly because they're really not that suggestive. Although some of them are, so I'll give them a cut.

Don't worry though, there's still a warning for each post. Also I'll just post all of them today probably bc they've been rotting in my notes for days now. :°b

This is the one and only time I will bring this series up as a whole, and I do mean that. Just because I know there are some people who might not know. And it’s trending right now.

The summer that Hikaru died is about sexual assault.

No I don’t mean like- getting over the trauma of it. I mean the main character assaults his love interest. And that’s a major part of the series. It happens multiple times. You hear people talking about the chest cavity thing? That’s the scene. You know how people argue all the time it is in fact sexual? That’s because it is. And it’s not consensual. In fact you very much see that it’s a traumatic experience for the love interest. And that it leaves him scared of Hikaru. Scenes like this happen multiple times. Over and over. You see the love interest go through, upsettingly vivid, victim mentalities. You also see him in states of being hurt by Hikaru. For example, always being covered in bruises. Later in the series it also starts trying to make you feel bad for the love interest abusive father.

Rape is a major theme of the whole series. Yes some moments especially at the start are really cute! A goofy little guy learning how to be human! But if you are interested in watching the anime or reading the manga, please know what you’re getting into.

The reason I know any of this, is because unfortunately I didn’t. And I had to learn from a really, really, bad person. Who unfortunately was also very popular in the community. I will not be talking about who this is. But trust me when I say, there’s a reason I will not be talking about this series further. Also, yes. I know for some people this is a “well no shit” topic. But I’ve also met a lot of people who had absolutely no idea. So if this helps one person decide if it’s something for you or not, I’m glad! If you do like it, good on you!
