My exam is in 2 days and I’m in cramming mood.
I took a few breaths, turned off my notifications, took a walk, and repeated affirmations to myself. I think I’m better now.

June Study Challenge, Day 16
What study habits that you have help you now? What additional study habits would you like to establish?
Some Study habits that help me would be… well i trained myself to develop a synthetic and analytic mind so when i go over my notes for essays or exams I can both study the subject in depth and link it to other subjects/themes/topics but i can also if it is needed synthetise the information into a short abstract or conclusive format. Another good habit i have developed over the years is reviewing (and if needed rewriting) my notes as soon as the class ends (the evening or day after) it really saves me a lot of time and stress during exam revisions! Now habits i would like to establish… use more mindmaps and flash cards, especially for languages.
(The trackers of my July layout are finished too! ~ also mainly inspired by @smallhandwriting ✨ i only need to decorate now and figure how i will incorporate the monthly events into the habit tracker page)
