Smart Eats
I am going to start my smart eats series with a smart conclusion. A basic summary of the conclusions to my in depth research on what to eat to help with the smarts.
First, there isn't, I repeat NO NO... No food that can provide any long lasting memory boost, or focus or all round make you smarter. However, as we get older our bodies also age. There are foods to help us maintain a healthier brain. The key word here is maintain,...if your IQ was in the single digits...you might want to try alien abduction...i hear probing works wonders.
So without much a-do...to Keep your brain working top notch:
Get a good night's sleep. Eat a good healthy breakfast Stay hydrated. Exercise to help sharpen thinking. Meditate to clear thinking and relax.
