He said film game him purpose when he had nothing else. This would also mean Puzzles’ dad DIDN’T GIVE HIM PURPOSE because he had NOTHING

Did Mr. Puzzles’ dad love him?

No. He did not. The evidence of his behavior and words throughout the show is enough to prove that

As somebody who relates to Puzzles’ parental issues throughout the show for personal reasons, I find it pretty disgusting how people can think Puzzles’ father was the good guy and was trying to help him

Where else would he have gotten this behavior to always be cautious and protect himself from people who could be his friend?

The entire Guns N’ Puzzles storyline is an example of that

If his father LOVED him, he wouldn’t be the way he was

His whole story wouldn’t have happened if Puzzles’ father wasn’t a huge dick

I did not expect a WOTFI to kill me but here we are

Spoilers;

Suicidal Puzzles headcanon really came to a head with this scene. Meggy, Tari, and even Smg3 trying to stop Wpnz from beating Puzzles up and Puzzles preventing them all and just letting it happen. He was really trying to let Wpnz just kill him, he wanted to die, and Wpnz realized it too

I think Wpnz knows better than anyone that a sorry and one good action can make up for betrayal, but he realizes Puzzles really is sorry and is willing to give him that chance

Aaaand then Mario yelled at them to get a room and I screamed at the top of my lungs “GUNSHOW” and scared my cats so bad

Any good SMG4 video comes with whiplash, and from humor and feels right back into angst

As soon as they revealed the portal was still open, I knew Puzzles was going to sacrifice himself, he can’t make up for his mistakes but he can fix his biggest one

Then Wpnz sees what he’s doing and doesn’t hesitate. Just asks that Smg4 make sure Karen and the kids get a letter from him before rushing to join his friend

This is when I really started tearing up. Puzzles asking what Wpnz is doing, not knowing what’s going to happen to them, and then neither of them caring and just working together one last time

I think Meggy wanted nothing more than to tell Puzzles that he was wrong, that maybe they could’ve been friends. But she can’t. So she just accepts his apology and lets him carry out his last wish

Then Puzzles and Wpnz are just…gone

God I’m gonna miss those two. And Toomp.

I was kinda hoping he would become a recurring character when Mario asked where he was going. But then he just pulls a curve ball aaaaand there’s no way I can calmly explain Toomp revealing he could not only talk but was a alien researching the phenomenon of friendship, finding a perfect example in Puzzles and Wpnz

Anyways, even a casual fan like me can admit the huge nostalgia trip this movie was. I got really excited when “Freddy’s Spaghettria” was shown as that was my first episode back when Fnaf was first getting big

I feel like scenes like that were a big love letter to Smg4 to tell himself “Yeah, you did great. Look at all you’ve done. All you’ve accomplished.”

I understand him not wanting to do anymore WOTFI movies as I can tell they take a huge toll out of him. Such a huge project, no matter how amazing or fruitful it can be and become, means nothing if you don’t enjoy making it

y'know, as much as I've seen people hate the Lawsuit Arc, I think it deserves a bit of credit.

If you take a second to step back and look over the entire show, I think it's really sweet in a way, to have 3 and 4 end up having individual appearances compared to their avatar. It's shown that smg1 and 2 look different enough from each other, for example; but 3 and 4 looked nearly identical to Mario until the lawsuit arc.

I think it's really interesting to have the characters look VISUALLY different as their characters grow and change (eg. Smg3). Like they're becoming more of their own characters outside of the Avatar and their Meme Guardian roles that they were born into.

I would like to put my two cents in as the newest SMG4 storyline progresses and say that I am a FIRM fucking believer that this silhouette is SMG3. /silly

I’ve already listed the possibilities of who it could be, but said options are either out of commission (cough cough SMG4 cough cough) or the silhouette just doesn’t match. Allow me to elaborate.

First of all, we already know that 4 is currently either at the hospital orr at the castle; Karen told Mario to get outta there and to call Luigi, which ultimately leaves us with the 2nd option: Mario.

However, as I analyzed the silhouette, it just seem’s too similar to 3 & 4’s model compared to Mario. Naturally, the model designers made 3 & 4’s model to match mario, but that doesn’t change the fact that they have a noticeable difference in their shapes & sizes.

If you look close, you can tell that 3 & 4’s models are a bit more rounder compared to Mario, who is just the tinniest bit slimmer than his counterparts. It’s mostly noticeable in their heads as Mario has a more cheeky and lengthy face, whereas 3 & 4 have a more squished rounder chibi face. Not to mention, Mario’s hat has more of a dent in it than SMG4’s and SMG3’s, making it easier to compare the silhouettes hat to 3’s as there is hardly a dent. It could just be that whoever rendered it had SMG3’s model angled differently than what we expect it to look like as it’s such a reoccurring thing to do when posing models to make your final product look how you want it too, even if that means what’s really going on in the scene looks wacky and out of place.

Anyways, it’s not just the difference in their models that makes me believe it’s SMG3 and not Mario, but also because Mario would most likely be accompanying SMG4 as he wakes up from a very scary near death experience. Mario was also posed to be viewed as Mr.WPNZ’s ‘lackey’ without him actually knowing he was (hence why he was confused when Karen was interrogating him, and asking why he stole her kids), making it more likely to have him set aside as he’s already had a lengthy amount of play in the plot.

With both Mario & 4 out of the equation, this leaves us with the only other one that could match the shadows silhouette: SMG3. It’s either that, or Mr.WPNZ just has a suspicious-fat-Italian shaped body (if that even is his shadow instead of 3.)

As for the reason SMG3 would help Karen out, I can’t really say why other than he’s knows SMG4 is hurt which means he can’t help Karen in her mission anymore, and as any good friend would do, he ends up taking his place to help Karen. Also, considering he did harshly say that Karen wasn’t a good mother, he could possibly feel bad, and end up helping her as an apology. Unfortunately, until Saturday finally roll’s around, I can’t really take any other guess as to why SMG3 would help Karen with her mission to get her kids back.

I have seen the idea that SMG3 felt the sudden impact as soon as SMG4’s back hit the wall due to their oh-so-yummy Meme Guardian cosmic connection, and lemme just say I love the thought very much. But, if you’ve been around long enough, you’ll know the team has a knack for never bringing up their cosmic connection into situations where their connection would be super reasonable to bring up. But, alas, we can all still hope and dream for 3 & 4’s connection to be brought up 💔. It would also give more sense to why SMG3 is getting involved in the current conflict.

TLDR; The Shadow is SMG3 with the only 2 other possible people unavailable to be put back into the plot, and we have a very super-miniature chance of cosmic lore being brought up (with a few SMG34 crumbs…. Maybe 😞).

Thank yew for coming to my very impulsive and little analyzation of once again, this silly Mario machinima show.

P.s, I do believe that Mr.WPNZ is Karen’s Ex. Like. C’mon. The way he talked to her through the walkie talkie, and the community post that was just put out today already confirms it. Yeah. That’s her EX. I also really can’t wait to see his full model… Saturday really can’t come any slower ☹️.

Overthinking this specific scene

Okay, the selection of characters here seem random, but I see some logic

As we all know, Mario has two ver clear and obvious favorite persons: Luigi and SMG4. When he needs something, generally the first person he asks for help is Luigi, when Luigi can't help him, he goes to SMG4;

One of the most recent examples of this is the Beans video

Generally the two of them are his primary choice to hang out (look at how many Crew videos we have with Luigi and 4), etc.

Of course, is not crazy to put Meggy as the third one, they are very close, help each other a lot, the multiple sunset scenes, etc. They fight, but they care for each other.

It's pretty expected that Mario visualize his favorite persons cheering for him when he needs motivation, I guess everyone does that, so it would be pretty fitting if it's the case.

...But what Melony and SMG3 are doing there? And what about that propeller beanie?

Rulling out the beanie, I think that this one is just supposed to be a random kid cheering for Mario, maybe himself as a kid, who knows

Now for 3 and Melony, I'm actually surprised to see them here; positively surprised.

Mario and Melony have a lot in common. They both are extremely powerful, but are too silly to actually use those powers to something beyond protecting their friends and having fun; both are technically gods (Mario being the anchor of the world they live in and having the Funny(tm) powers, Melony being basically the Fierce Deity from TLOZ) and have a very whismical and silly way to see the world and everything that happen to them. We have a lot of cute moments of them hanging out and caring for each other...hell, look at the Death Row ep!

So it does make sense for Mario to have her as one of the people he goes when he wants company or needs help, they are similar and probably understand each other well.

Now for 3...it makes more sense than you think.

One thing I don't see a lot of people mentioning is that Mario always liked 3, since smg4 vs smg3 (2011); they are the pinacle of the trope "hero who think they are friends x villain who think they are archnemesis", and its extremely obvious. Examples down below.

Mario never saw true danger in SMG3, and even defended him when SMG4 was judged him too harshly, which is pretty intersting to see.

And of course, Three being the villain that he is...he used this to manipulate Mario during The Youtube Arc.

Well, outside this and the obvious "I was born to protect you" thing (something Mario and 4 also have), they are very compatible: they like to cause chaos, they like to commit crimes (we just had a full episode of them robbing a bank lmao), both are good when it comes to understand others (and Mario is even better than 3), etc;

But even knowing all these things, I didnt expected to see 3 to be placed with Mario's favorite persons; in the last SMG4 Crew from 2023, they gave Mario a picture of his friends and 3 was not in the photo, and he appeared in this video, its not like the editors forgot him or something

My guess is that their relationship improved a lot since last year, which is true; episodes like The Inspection, Trash Friends, Mario Gets Stuck Into a Gif and Mario Reacts to Illegal Nintendo Memes show them to be closer now, and Mario even calls 3 when he needs help

This make me super happy; Mario having more people he trust to help him and feel comfortable with is always a good thing <3

But to be fair, I thought Bob would come before both Melony and 3

There is a lot of excessive (probably) analysis of recent events with Mr Puzzles and a lot of spoilers.

But if I won't post it, I'll explode!

While waiting for the WOTFI 2025, I decided to describe some of my thoughts. And I had a lot of thoughts (I'll probably do a whole essay on YouTube about this TV guy in the future)

I don't even know where to start...

Recently, I was thinking a lot about what happened in the last few episodes.

And it's really cruel... But it's kinda... funny? Idk... to think about how many rights violations and procedural violations there were, from the fact that solitary confinement for more than 15 days is torture to the fact that... Why the hell didn't Puzzles know he was on death row? Did he even have a defense attorney? Was there even a trial? And if it was, and for example, he was originally given a life sentence, then the questions are... In general, the same questions about how he was changed... Yeah I maybe thinking to much about it, but... Idk...

I also think a lot about the general injustice. For me, there is something cruel about the fact that Puzzles was put in conditions where he only continued to go crazy more and more, and then they demanded that he be changed and rehabilitated ALREADY... Well, and that he prove that... DESERVES TO LIVE? WHAT THE F- I'm sorry haha!

Don't condone his manipulation and betrayal, however. The actions are filthy, to put it mildly. Mr WPNZ and Meggy have every right to be angry and hate him. But I also like to see not only his fault, but also the fault of the system in this (Beholder's fan has woken up in me, oh sh-t!)

It's also interesting for me to think that Meggy might have helped Puzzles in the end if he hadn't staged this whole scene, but just continued to lie. Lying is also bad, but something tells me that if he had broken down in such a situation (after lying how he... I do not know, helped old people cross the road or something like this), the outcome would have been different. Maybe she would have helped him, even if definitely annoyed. I want to make an AU about this someday. I just really like her as an lawyer. And I still really like duo of Puzzles and Meggy.

... A lot of seriousness, do you agree?! Haha!

And I also hedcanon that he's non-binary, and you won't convince me otherwise. (I can't explain why he seems so non-binary to me... But there's something about him... So in my AU with Oyk, he's definitely non-binary. My non-binary wife!)
