janus headcanons bc i love my son and this is the only thing i can do @ the airport:

-when he says he loathes violence, he really means it. in a fight or flight situation, he would choose flight in a heartbeat

-unstable vortex is wavy bc even tho it's his main damage move, he's still hesitant in using it

-very polite and thoughtful, he values good manners and after matches, he would apologize to the enemy team for being an inconvenience and would congratulate them on a good game

-behind a portal tho, since gods can be salty and rude

-close to chronos, cernunnos and, neith, normally trails them outside matches if he feels social.

-likes riddles and puzzles, will share them with chronos

-gets flustered easily, though he can't blush, he stutters and stumbles on his words

-"being flattered seems to be an understatement at this current moment, oh dear"

-due to his role, he is accepting of change and is neither scared of the past or future, he truly goes with the flow

-that being said, he gives stellar advice, since it is both sweet and honest

-indecisive and is truly neutral

-he loves jokes and is aware his jokes aren't the best, he's not good at comedic timing and delivery, and normally has to explain his jokes for others to get it

-has done the portal thing in the portal games where you put one portal above and another below you, he uses this on others if he does not want to be with them

-while he does not feel attraction, he likes romance and relationships bc he likes seeing the development that happens, he's a bit of a sap

-"oh! she told her that she would never leave her side! oh how touching, if i had flesh and blood i'd be sobbing!"

-doesn't need to maintain his mechanical body, since it constantly changes from old to new, nevertheless, he lets vulcan observe him

-likes the mystery genre, he loves a good plot twist

-sweet and gentle, but when he gets mad, he is beyond furious

-his voice distorts, his armour flares up, the portals he summons are unstable - going through them will result in either being somewhere dangerous or being forever trapped in the inbetween, random objects fly out of the portals...

-if he harms anyone during this tantrum, he becomes very remorseful when he calms down, will make sure they are alright and doesn't ask for forgiveness bc he feels undeserving of it

-very forgiving, understands that people do genuinely change for the better

-hopeful that the war of gods will end and peace will return
